By using this website or booking a service with Peace Contracting & General Services Company, you agree to the terms below.

1. Website use

2. Quotations

Quotations are based on the information you provide and, where applicable, a site visit. If the work required differs significantly from what was described, we will discuss any change in scope or price with you before continuing.

3. Bookings and access

• Bookings are confirmed once you approve the quotation and we agree a date and time.
• Please provide safe access to the property, plus water and electricity where the service requires them.
• Valuable, fragile or sentimental items should be secured or pointed out to the supervisor before work begins.

4. Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Any charges for late cancellation will be stated in your quotation or contract.

5. Payment

Payment terms are stated in your quotation or contract. For regular and annual contracts, invoicing follows the agreed schedule.

6. Quality and concerns

A supervisor checks the work before handover. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please tell us promptly so we can review it and, where appropriate, put it right.

7. Liability

We take care to protect your property. Our responsibility for any loss or damage is limited as set out in your quotation or contract and as permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or stains and marks that cannot be removed without damaging the surface.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
